Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags

  • Include order number or proof of purchase (digital receipt accepted)

  • Exclusions: Customized products, damage caused by misuse

Return Process

  1. Email info@ticuttingboard.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) code.

  2. Ship the product to:
    No. 1104, Unit 2, Building 2, North Gate Area 4, Yuping Street, Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, China
    (Mark the RMA code. Use a tracked international courier recommended)

  3. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Cost Responsibilities

  • EU Customers: You bear return shipping costs per EU regulations.

  • U.S. Customers: Non-defective returns require self-paid return shipping.

  • Customs Duties: Import fees for China-bound returns are the sender’s responsibility.

Warranty Coverage

Your titanium board includes a 2-year limited warranty covering:

  • Structural defects (warping/cracking) under normal use

  • Abnormal coating peeling
